The Preschool 3s curriculum is thoughtfully themed to build upon prior knowledge introducing skills and content with engaging whole group and small group lessons. In our play-based environment designed to foster social growth, the children learn to engage with one another and become more adept at interactive play. Free choice center time offers countless opportunities for exploration, observation and self-expression. Language and literary concepts are integrated daily with high quality literature, songs and games. Math skills are introduced and practiced through hands-on activities. Science, process art, and fine and gross motor development are also important components of the program.
This mixed age class welcomes three year olds and four year olds. The Kindergarten Prep class offers a longer school day than the Pre-K class. Kindergarten Prep children enjoy additional enrichment opportunities and lunchtime with friends.
