The Maryland Health Inventory Form is required as part of the registration process when enrolling your child into the Tiny Tot School programs.

As they are mandatory, for your convienence the Maryland Health Inventory Form with instructions for completing the form is available for download.

If you have misplaced or cannot find your completed form, please download the form and complete it again so that there are no delays or issues with your child starting the new school year.

Tiny Tot School appreciates the help parent volunteers provide.

In order to be able to volunteer to help within the classes, parents are required to complete and notarize the Maryland State Department of Education Release of Information Form.

Tiny Tot School asks that parent volunteers complete and notarize this form, and return it to Tiny Tot School.

The form may be downloaded and printed.

An Emergency Contact Form is required for each child attending Tiny Tot School.

Tiny Tot School asks that parents complete this form with the most current and accurate information.

Tiny Tot School is continuing to collect non-perishable food items for Manna House, a soup kitchen which helps feed seniors and the homeless of Harford County. Donations may be placed in the box outside Room 102.

Tiny School would like to remind all parents and guardian of the Inclement Weather Policy.

Parents and guardians can review the Inclement Weather Policy which is being sent home with the November 2011 Newsletters.

Additionally, each page of the Tiny Tot website now has the Inclement Weather Policy that can be accessed at anytime! Simply click on the blue bar with the "Tiny Tot School Inclement Weather Policy" title to open or close the policy!
